CHR is pleased to welcome new CHR housing administrator Nicolle Mastroianni. In her position, Mastroianni oversees CHR’s application process, resident relations, property maintenance, and regulatory compliance among other program-specific duties.
“Nicolle has already hit the bricks running,” said CHR executive director Kelly Collini, “and has jumped right into the work. With her employment experience and long history on the island, she is going to be a real asset to CHR and to our team.”
Mastroianni started her job as CHR’s new housing administrator in mid-December. She has been working on Sanibel for 20 years in the field of property management, including successfully managing condo association offices for two of the largest complexes on the island, with a special focus on resident relations and a strong background in business and technology. A long-time Florida resident, she is an active member of the community and has a passion for literature, the arts, and is an NFL football enthusiast. Mastroianni is also an avid volunteer with the Lee County School System and local children’s charities. She feels blessed to be working with the fantastic staff at CHR, helping to make affordable housing possible for the people who work in and retire from the workforce in the great community of Sanibel Island. One of Nicolle’s favorite quotes is: “You have a choice to live your best life every day, no matter the circumstances.”
CHR invites islands residents to its upcoming annual Mardi Gras fundraiser, with premier sponsor Sanibel Catering Company by Bailey’s and presenting sponsor Sanibel Captiva Community Bank, on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. at The Dunes Golf and Tennis Club on Sanibel.
