ABOUT “A MANATEE AND ITS SAN CAP FRIENDS”
Rachel’s inspiration for her manatee comes from her love of the environment and the beauty of the islands. “How lucky we are,” says Rachel, “to have such beauty in all that surrounds us and to be able to share that beauty with all living creatures on the islands.”
ABOUT RACHEL
Rachel Pierce is a lifelong artist and long-time TV journalist who recently left the anchor desk to focus full-time on her artwork.
